Shotcrete Services We Offer

We use shotcrete in new construction projects as it is suitable for flat, curved, and thin surfaces. We apply shotcrete using a wet mix process process. The wet-mix shotcrete process mixes all ingredients, including water, before introduction into the delivery hose. As opposed to the gunite or dry-mix process which adds water to the mix at the nozzle.

Certain concrete structures require specialized solutions beyond the scope of a traditional concrete application. It is especially important if the structure requires repairs or renovations. We restore your concrete by spraying concrete onto the surface at a high velocity, which allows you to repair the structure while retaining its original design or layout. Shotcrete reinforces the surface and still gives you a detailed professional finish.

With larger structures such as bridges, parking garages, or dams, shotcrete may be the only real solution for repairing the structure because it allows us to get into hard-to-reach places. We can apply the concrete in any direction – horizontally, vertically, or upward.

Shotcrete is incredibly durable and has a tremendous amount of design flexibility, making it ideal for in-ground pool construction. We shoot the shotcrete at a high velocity across the pool surface to reach specified compaction or density level. Our nozzlemen and finishers have extensive experience with shooting residential and commercial pools.

Have you ever thought about transforming your outdoor space into something vibrant and natural? Instead of using real rocks or bland concrete slabs, shotcrete artificial rocks are a low-cost alternative that provides a natural-looking finish.

We use shotcrete to stabilize earth and rock excavations and apply it for a variety of reinforcement and anchoring systems. Using shotcrete to stabilize soil for excavation has advantages over traditional timber and steel shoring techniques. Shotcrete is ideal for ground support in tunneling. It offers the ability to conform to the natural irregular profile of the ground without formwork, which makes it ideal for any tunnel.
